Interviews are, in fact, a two-way dialog. Use that information going forward in the next phase of your job search.<BR/><BR/>And keep in mind that decision to hire you or not is often made on criteria other than your abilities or interactions during your interview. I smiled and tried to charm them and impress upon them just how valuable I could be to them -- but I didn't think I succeeded. <BR/><BR/>Oh, but I did! They offered me the job -- which I turned down because I didn't want to work for such a bunch of sour-pusses (for the money they offered, which wasn't quite enough).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
